Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may
- Upload and process your own video content
- Generate clips and hooks for commercial use
- Export and share content on social media platforms
- Access our API within rate limits
You may not
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the service for illegal or harmful content
- Resell or redistribute our services
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Cliphub.ai cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Account Requirements
- You must be 13 years or older to use this service
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
Payment Terms
Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused features.
Billing Policies
- All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
- Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Content Rights
You retain all rights to your original content. By uploading content to Cliphub.ai, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for providing our services.
Your Responsibilities
- You must own or have rights to all uploaded content
- You are solely responsible for your content
- You must not upload copyrighted material without permission
- Content must comply with all applicable laws
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Cliphub.ai for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause.
Prohibited Content
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Content that violates privacy or publicity rights
- Spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Content promoting violence or discrimination
- Adult content without proper age-gating
