Agreement to Terms

This agreement governs your use of ClipHub AI, a company registered in Sweden. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Company Information

ClipHub AI is registered in Sweden. These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

To use the service you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country
  • Have legal capacity to enter a binding contract
  • Provide accurate registration information

3. License and Ownership

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ClipHub AI for lawful content creation.

Your Rights

  • You retain ownership of your uploaded content and generated outputs
  • ClipHub AI owns the software, AI models, algorithms, and all platform technology

Restrictions

  • You may not reverse engineer or extract source code
  • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the software
  • You may not remove proprietary notices
  • You may not use the platform to develop competing products
  • You may not train external AI models using our outputs or systems

4. Acceptable Use

You must use the service in compliance with all laws. Violation may result in immediate termination.

Prohibited Content

  • Copyright violations
  • Harmful, abusive, or illegal material
  • Deepfakes of real people without consent
  • Malware, phishing, or spam
  • CSAM or non-consensual intimate content

Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Circumventing rate limits or payment requirements
  • Automating or scraping the platform
  • Fraud or impersonation

5. Content Processing and Storage

By uploading content, you grant us a temporary license to process and store it for service delivery. We do not sell or publicly share your content.

Data Retention

  • Deleted content is removed from active systems within 30 days
  • Backups may persist up to 90 days

6. AI Output Disclaimer

ClipHub AI uses artificial intelligence which may generate inaccurate or unexpected results.

No Guarantees

  • We do not guarantee accuracy
  • We do not guarantee originality
  • We do not guarantee legal compliance
  • We do not guarantee suitability for your intended use

Your Responsibility

  • You are fully responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing or distributing them

7. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for securing your account.

Security Requirements

  • Do not share credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks

8. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance. All payments are final.

Billing

  • Pricing and features may change with advance notice
  • Failure to complete payment may result in immediate suspension
  • We do not store full payment card data
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers

9. Refund Policy

ClipHub AI operates a no-refund policy.

No Refunds For

  • Partial months
  • Unused time
  • Unused features
  • Account cancellation

Exceptions

  • Duplicate charges
  • Verified platform failure that prevents access

Important

  • Chargebacks without contacting support may result in account termination

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

We May Terminate For

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Non-payment
  • Harmful behavior

Upon Termination

  • Access is revoked
  • Content may be deleted
  • Outstanding fees remain due
  • Sections regarding liability, warranty, and ownership remain in effect

11. Limitation of Liability

ClipHub AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We Are Not Liable For

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Claims related to AI-generated content

Liability Cap

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous twelve months or €100, whichever is greater

12. Warranty Disclaimer

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy or reliability of AI outputs
  • Security of data
  • Correction of defects

Use at Your Own Risk

  • You use the service at your own risk

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ClipHub AI harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of AI-generated outputs

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLIPHUB.AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIPHUB.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
  • Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the service is free of viruses

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClipHub.ai, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the services
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Any content you upload, create, or share using our services
  • Any use of AI-generated content that violates laws or third-party rights
