What We Access

How We Use Google Drive Data
- Allow you to select video files from your Google Drive for editing

- Download selected videos for AI-powered clip generation

What We Do NOT Do
- We do NOT access files you have not explicitly selected
- We do NOT modify or delete any files in your Google Drive
- We do NOT share your Google Drive data with third parties

- We do NOT store your Google credentials (only encrypted OAuth tokens)
Data Retention
- OAuth tokens: Stored encrypted until you revoke access
- Selected videos: Processed temporarily, deleted after clip generation
- Generated clips: Retained in your ClipHub account until deleted
- Metadata: Used only for service delivery, not sold or shared
Revoking Access
- You can revoke access at any time via Google Account settings
- Visit: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Find "ClipHub AI" and click "Remove Access"
- Revoking access will prevent future Google Drive file selections
Third-Party Services
Limited Sharing
We only share your data with essential service providers who help us operate our platform. These include cloud hosting (AWS), payment processing (Stripe), and analytics (anonymized only).
